Our Story
Founded in 2024, Dreywin Training Consultancy was established to address the growing need for practical, high-quality occupational health, safety and professional development solutions. Our goal is to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and workplace application by delivering training and consultancy services that respond to real organisational needs.
Our team comprises experienced professionals with expertise across occupational health and safety, SHE/HSE management, risk management, ISO management systems, emergency preparedness, environmental management, compliance and professional training.

Meet Our Founder
Founder & Director, Dreywin Training Consultancy
Audrey Chiwati is the Founder and Director of Dreywin Training Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, a Botswana-based professional training and consultancy firm specialising in occupational health and safety, SHE/HSE management, risk management, emergency preparedness, compliance and organisational capacity development.
With over a decade of professional experience spanning academia, industry, consultancy and corporate training, Audrey is an Occupational Health and Safety specialist with expertise in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and management, occupational hygiene, incident investigation, emergency preparedness, safety management systems and organisational resilience.
Her professional experience includes serving as Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager at Gaborone Electronics and holding academic appointments at Boitekanelo College, Ba Isago University and Botho University. She has also contributed to higher education quality assurance through external assessment and examination moderation.
Throughout her career, Audrey has designed and delivered customised professional training for government institutions, private organisations, NGOs and educational institutions, facilitating engagements ranging from small professional groups and executive teams to large audiences of more than 500 participants.
She is currently based in the United States, where she serves as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Texas, while continuing to contribute to Dreywin's professional training and consultancy activities. She is also pursuing the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, further strengthening her knowledge of international occupational health and safety practice.

Ebokpo Angela Akubueze
OHS Professional, Trainer & Researcher
With over eleven years of experience at the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Nigeria, Angela specialises in occupational health and safety, risk assessment, safety management systems, emergency preparedness, and environmental protection. She holds an MSc in Health, Environment, Safety and Security and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health, Safety and Disaster Management.
Vumani Nkosana
ISO, HSE & Risk Management Consultant
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Vumani brings extensive experience across utilities, mining, construction, and education sectors. She specialises in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), internal auditing, HSE governance, incident investigation, and safety leadership. She holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management and is a qualified Lead Auditor.
Ernest Ndanga

A certified Chartered Sustainability Reporting Manager (CSRM™) with over 14 years of experience in Safety, Health, Risk, Environment and Quality systems, Ernest has been key in creating safe workplace environments, enhancing operational efficiencies, inspiring high productivity, enforcing regulatory compliance, promoting use of standards to improve and maintain quality while minimising risks. Adept at production and operations management, business process optimisation, strategic planning, internal and external audits, developing and implementing quality management systems, team leadership, coordinating ISO certifications and SHEQ related trainings. Acknowledged by AfriSafe as one of the top 50 Occupational Safety and Health practitioners in Africa.
